Feasibility analysis, conceptual as well as detailed estimating, budgeting, schedule building, document review, advice on constructability and value engineering all lead to better building outcomes. Defining scopes of work, assessing alternative materials, systems and methods are all part of the Freedom program to more effectively deliver on the intent of the design team and the desire of the owners.
From concept to the creation of construction documents, Freedom provides pre-construction support services that reduce risk and cost. Given the growing cost and complexity of construction, planning is more critical than ever before. Although offered on a stand alone basis for a fee, Freedom routinely incorporates pre-construction services in its construction management and general contracting businesses, creating additional value for clients through better planning.
